Fraudulent car rental company Fraudulent car rental company - DO NOT USE The car was super old (100,000 miles) but I accepted that assuming that I picked a cheap option. The service at the point of service was okay BUT They made up all sorts of excuses (tolls, late return, etc) to NOT return my $600 deposit. I am disputing this now but for your own interest - DO NOT USE ZIG ZAG CAR RENTAL in Miami!

the company charged me over $ 600 for… the company charged me more than $ 600 for $ 25 each of tolls (which cost them $ 3) for which I never had proof of invoice and statement by email. I know that I have spent 4 times voluntarily. they kept my driver's license they had printed and without realizing it, I spent the week without a license. someone could have called me. Please make sure it took 10 days for me to refund my security deposit. stay on the spot until gin to close your transaction. I will make a complaint and inform everyone I know not to do business with zigzag.

This car company doesn’t exist anymore This car company doesn’t exist anymore. Booked a car to pickup on 1st Dec, show up at ‘Zigzag Rent A Car’ and the building has been vacated. Surprised their website is still up and running. No answer on phones or whatsapp messages. And no, don’t suppose we will get a refund either
