Fraudulent car rental company Fraudulent car rental company - DO NOT USE The car was super old (100,000 miles) but I accepted that assuming that I picked a cheap option. The service at the point of service was okay BUT They made up all sorts of excuses (tolls, late return, etc) to NOT return my $600 deposit. I am disputing this now but for your own interest - DO NOT USE ZIG ZAG CAR RENTAL in Miami!

I don’t usually write reviews but not… I don’t usually write reviews but not this time. Really great service. Super fast shuttle service and no waiting time, as soon as we got to the office our rental agent already had paperwork ready so we didn’t had to spend that much time there.

La empresa es de unos rusos, el servicio y atención la cliente es fatal, su publicidad es engañosa, solicite un carro sedan y me entregaron hatchback. En el caso mio, usaron la información de mi tarjeta de crédito para hacer cobros no aprobados. El proceso de reclamación fue desgastante, incomodo y lento. Tengan mucho cuidado. The company is about Russians, the service and attention the customer is fatal, their advertising is misleading, I requested a sedan car and they handed me a hatchback. In my case, they used my credit card information to make unapproved charges. The claim process was exhausting, uncomfortable and slow. Be very careful.
