JMDrivo 1st time use The initial wait for the shuttle was over an hour. However, the agent provided an upgraded vehicle as well as expressed his sincere apologies. The customer service from there was open and explicit of all charges with no surprise costs. The vehicle was clean, modern and very fuel efficient. Overall good experience except for the shuttle pick up.

CABrakes were awful and poor customer service Unfortunately Drivo or ACE fits the saying: you get what you pay for! Lesson learned from me. 1) the place is external to EWR so takes longer to get there from P4 a shuttle is needed. Don’t go to Terminal A where most other rental are 2) customer service is lower than average, they don’t even have a restroom in that facility 3) the car I got while it drove fine the brakes (rotors) needed fixing, every time I hit the brakes steering wheel was shaking! Due to timing I could not go back and get another car. So buyer beware.

GBWorse rental car company in the US Worse rental car company in the US, used many different companies never had a problem, they lie to you in order to make you purchase insurance. When you arrive to pick up the car they make it almost imposible to take the car without paying for insurance 6 days to here back from a manager after several phone calls. Some of their vehicles are old and not well mantained, never renting a car with Drivo,Ace,Fox they are the same company.

CAIt was truly an excellent experience… It was truly an excellent experience renting with Drivo. I was notified and reminded as soon as we landed at JFK. Directions to the car rental company were precise. The shuttle from the airport to the rental company was on time and it was a short drive. The check-in process was quick. 15 minutes and we were on our way. The car was clean and spacious.
