2006 Silverado I bought a 4l60e unit and it has never lived up to the oem unit from GM, the ‘new’ transmission revs out much higher and much longer than stock. Shifting from 3rd to 4th gear there is a loud snapping noise coming from the unit. I’m very disappointed after spending nearly 3k to fix this problem I’m left with an inferior quality part.

Poor warranty service I’ve been waiting a week to hear from them regarding a very simple straight forward warranty claim. I called after three days and they sent me an email saying we’ll get back to you today or tomorrow morning that’s 4 days ago. Now when I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I run a small service business and have not been able to provide my customers any service or give them a date and time when I can. I’m forced to purchase a transmission from another company because I can’t afford to lose any more business.

They were a bit more expensive than some, but the 5yr warranty and the simplicity of the purchasing process won me over. Transmission came faster than promised, and when the job was done the old one was picked up the same day I notified them. Transmission fits and works perfectly. Would buy from them again.

Great Company Best Buy Transmission is by far one of the best companies I've dealt with in ages. Customer service is awesome. I ordered a transmission think it'd take a week to get here, it arrived in 1 day which put me behind the 8 ball on installing because of prior obligations. Not being able to get the core back in time, I called the company and was informed "no problem" and core return window was adjusted.
