GBPoor warranty service I’ve been waiting a week to hear from them regarding a very simple straight forward warranty claim. I called after three days and they sent me an email saying we’ll get back to you today or tomorrow morning that’s 4 days ago. Now when I call it goes to voicemail and the voicemail box is full. I run a small service business and have not been able to provide my customers any service or give them a date and time when I can. I’m forced to purchase a transmission from another company because I can’t afford to lose any more business.

GBTransmission was received when … Transmission was received when expected. Replaced an E40D transmission that had over 287,000 miles. The BestBuy transmission is working great!! No issues what so ever. Only thing I thought I was getting a transmission from Florida and it actually came from Wisconsin. I picked it up from FedEx and returning the old was a breeze. Overall, very happy with this purchase!!!

GB2000 f150 4x4 4R70W 5.4 Triton 2000 f150 4x4 4R70W This transmission has given my faithful f150 a whole new life! It shifts better than when it was new, the whole transaction was excellent, the price and warranty makes BestBuy Transmission tops in my opinion. I was hesitant to try an online purchase, but took the chance. You won't be sorry for ordering from this company. Thanks BestBuy!

GBNeeding a new transmission Needing a new transmission, I did my research and based on warranty, reviews and BBB rating I ordered a 42RE for my Ram truck. I also liked the upgrades correcting factory issues. It came in 4 days, just like the salesman said, from Milwaukee to Miami. Looked like new in the crate. Installed myself (mechanic earlier in life) and although it has only been a few days, I am so pleased with the way it shifts, no leaks, etc.. Assuming all continues to go well, I will recommend to friends or use them again. Would probably find a shop for the exchange next time though - lol

GBSo it's been a few months now.... So it's been a few months now since my purchase in October 2019, and quite a few thousand miles, short trips, longer trips, highways, local driving, mountain roads, and everything in between. So far the replacement automatic transmission and torque converter I purchased and had installed in my 2005 Dodge Dakota 4x4 (v6) has held up to everything I've thrown at it. Started off with a little bit of a rumble whenever shifting between 1st and 2nd gear, but it didn't affect the performance, and that has since went away. Little bit of a break in period maybe? Either way, I couldn't be happier with my purchase, they were professional in every way, and their price could not be beat.
