Service has declined over the years Service has declined over the years, but the prices have gone up. I use this company every year for the last three years to transport friends/colleagues to a holiday dinner. First year, van had no heat. Second year was great. This year was a disaster. The driver couldn't see well. The built-in GPS was not working properly and I had to use my phone GPS to guide driver to the destination. I couldn't spent time with friends talking, as I was stressed out with the navigation and making sure the driver heard me (he couldn't hear very well). Return trip was great. But the prices aren't explained clearly and there's an additional charge on my card that I am waiting to get clarification on. It's a hit or miss with this company.

I can honestly say this services of … I can honestly say this services of company were superb...the Limo I hired was there waiting when we arrived at the airport and the same on our return. Driver was very courteous and all round great experience.

Left in the rain for an hour Spent a day in Toronto for a jays game, and it took the driver over an hour to find us at the pick up location they chose! Complete chaos. Definitely will not be renting from them again. Paid over $900 to be left standing in the rain. I would have rather of just gotten a Uber. Get unprofessional.

I really like the driver update text… I really like the driver update text messages. It keeps the frustration away. Being on time for early morning pickup was appreciative. I am sold. 😊
