Have trusted Travall for years… Family members have trusted Travall with pet (and other passenger) safety for years, now that I have my own large dog (25lbs now, 110 later) I am following that tradition. With a VW Altrack, I don't have to mess with harnesses that are not likely to protect my girl in an accident or unwieldy crates. She just hops in the back and off we go.

Dont waste your money or time with this… Dont waste your money or time with this product, customer service is terrible and if you do have an issue or dont like the product they make you pay for shipping yourself and say if they dont recieve the return within 14 days they wont accept it. Take some notes from chewy or other companies that have customer service.

Sent a request for some product… Sent a request for some product information via the online form. 2 weeks later nothing. I’ve bought 2 dog guards - both excellent, but not sure why a simple request for information couldn’t be picked up.

No Response When Trying To Return/Exchange Ordered a BMW X5 dog barrier, turns out they have two models for 2018 vehicles, one 2018+ and one 2013 - 2018. I ordered the wrong one and found out when I tried to install. Since then I've called and left two voicemails and sent three separate emails and have yet to receive a response on how I can return or exchange this product. Even stranger is when I call, I get a receptionist and she sends me to a customer service line which continually takes me straight to voicemail.
