I was very disappointed with my… I was very disappointed with my service. The air conditioning didn’t work, going from cool to very hot every few minutes. We were all sweating the entire time and it was a hot Houston summer day so it’s as miserable. I finally called and they switch our bus for the last 15 minutes (our ride home). Our driver was nice but didn’t know how to work the blue tooth for music or try and fix or call about the air. We also had the wrong size bus. I ordered the 22 passenger but and they sent the 18 passenger bus. I have called two times to discuss my experience and no one has returned my call. I have used many different services in the past but my daughter found this bus online and wanted to try Sams. I will never use Sams Limo again and will never recommend them to a friend.

Great experience with Sam’s Limousine Great experience with Sam’s Limousine. The party bus we rented to transport my son and his friends celebrating his 16th birthday was the highlight of the ENTIRE evening!!! They were able to play their music and hangout all together on the way to the different venues. Also kudos to “G” their driver. He was perfect! Would highly recommend.

Bus was easy to order and the drivers… Bus was easy to order and the drivers arrived on time. However, our order was for a school trip, and the bus we got on the way there was smaller than expected and did not have a luggage hold. We did get a better bus on the way back, but it made for a very challenging (and cramped) journey there.

UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM COMPANY This POS company is a contractor for Greyhound (another POS company) where the driver abandoned passengers 1hr into the trip and left them stranded at a truck stop an hr away from Dallas. The driver pulled over and had police escort everyone off the bus. The driver is allowed to get away with this because of Greyhound's unlawful refund policy. Once you board the bus, the ticket is considered actioned even if the driver doesn't complete the trip! Tried calling this unprofessional company to report the driver, to only have the trashy receptionist hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GREYHOUND

Inexperienced Driver We had a different driver than who we were informed of about beforehand. In addition, the driver did not know how to operate the bus correctly. The driver did not know how to turn down or off the air level and/or temperature. So, the bus was blasting strong and cold air. It was FREEZING. In addition, the driver was very unprepared and did not know the directions to our wedding venue. This made us run very late and behind our schedule. We were getting married so that made it really bad. One of our own groomsmen had to sacrifice his party bus fun-time to navigate the bus driver from our own cell phones to get there. The good part was that the driver was punctual. That’s the main part.
