UNPROFESSIONAL SCAM COMPANY This POS company is a contractor for Greyhound (another POS company) where the driver abandoned passengers 1hr into the trip and left them stranded at a truck stop an hr away from Dallas. The driver pulled over and had police escort everyone off the bus. The driver is allowed to get away with this because of Greyhound's unlawful refund policy. Once you board the bus, the ticket is considered actioned even if the driver doesn't complete the trip! Tried calling this unprofessional company to report the driver, to only have the trashy receptionist hang up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR GREYHOUND

I was very disappointed with my… I was very disappointed with my service. The air conditioning didn’t work, going from cool to very hot every few minutes. We were all sweating the entire time and it was a hot Houston summer day so it’s as miserable. I finally called and they switch our bus for the last 15 minutes (our ride home). Our driver was nice but didn’t know how to work the blue tooth for music or try and fix or call about the air. We also had the wrong size bus. I ordered the 22 passenger but and they sent the 18 passenger bus. I have called two times to discuss my experience and no one has returned my call. I have used many different services in the past but my daughter found this bus online and wanted to try Sams. I will never use Sams Limo again and will never recommend them to a friend.

Best quality at best price in Houston! Ahlam, the customer service manager, was very sweet and very helpful. My driver Mohammed was great! Early to pick us up, very responsive and patient with our group! My only complaint would be that the beverages I had brought the day before to be put on the bus were still in boxes and not in the ice as I requested. I kind of expected them to be put in the ice, so they were cold when we got on the bus. Other than that, Sam's Limousine is high quality and has the very best price in Houston!

Sam's Limousine took care of the… Sam's Limousine took care of the transportation needs for our daughter's wedding. We communicated frequently by phone and email and every employee that we interacted with was courteous and accommodating. They answered every question and concern and took care of some last minute changes without complaint. We rented the Party Bus for 26 people and a limousine for the bride and groom at the end of the night. I called dispatch the day before the wedding and received the name and cell number for both drivers for the night. They were on time, well dressed, friendly and even helped load some of our things. I would definitely recommend Sam's Limousine for your next big event and I would definitely use them again. Sheila

Excellent Experience We had a excellent experience using Sam's Limousine for both a Rehearsal Dinner and Wedding Shuttle on a Friday and Saturday night. This way the guest at the hotel did not have to worry about how to get to the venues. The shuttles arrived on time going and returning from the events. The shuttles were very clean and comfortable.I would highly recommend Sam's.
