Believing a 1999 Toyota might be difficult as it is over 20 years old did not matter to the Technician James (a very patient man). The staff from Mitch down is top notch. This is the main reason I drove from Verdi NV to Carson City NV. Worth the 80 mile round trip for there service and expertness.

GBNice update to my 11 year old truck When Onstar notified me that after December 2022, they'd no longer support my 2011 Chevy Silverado (that is in outstanding condition with low miles) I canceled my membership and looked for a viable alternative. While Compustar doesn't offer automated collision service and support, everything else I really needed is provided. So far, I'm really happy with my choice after 1 month. The DroneMoble app is very helpful as well.

I wanted to say that I’ve had the Compustar alarm and remote start installed for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be any happier with the product or the superb service I received from the Car Toys team in Park Meadows, Colorado. Compustar hit a home run with the PRO R5 remote. One button keeps it super simple and reliable. The thing I am most impressed with is the ability to customize or update over time because the alarm system is completely modular. GBIts alright Its alright. It randomly goes off at times on its own without anyone or anything near it and thats very annoying especially late at night when we're sleeping. Then the trips log doesnt even give you an address as it did from the start. It would just say "unable to resolve address" and I have contacted support and the dealer where installation was done. They still couldn't do anything so its like I'm wasting my money for all that to not work properly.

GBTwo calls, both great service!! I've called twice and received quick and great service. Really like these folks. Best customer service experience ever. And a particular applause for technical people being generous and patient... it's a rare thing.
