We recently purchased a used car from Auto Lenders and needed to return for a state inspection. During this visit, we highlighted on the form that the vehicle pulsates violently when slowing down at highway speeds, a common symptom of warped brake rotors. Regrettably, the service department dismissed our concern, attributing the issue solely to the brake pads, which they replaced. Despite their efforts, the car still pulsates violently at highway speeds, indicating that the root cause lies beyond the brake pads. My husband, a seasoned mechanic of over 15 years, is certain that the brake pads are not the source of the problem. We have attempted to escalate this matter to the manager of the Fairless Hills location to seek a resolution, but have been met with an alarming lack of response and accountability. This prolonged lack of attention and unresolved issue has left us gravely disappointed in the service provided by Auto Lenders. As first-time customers, this experience has undoubtedly tarnished our perception of Auto Lenders. The disregard for our concerns and the failed attempts to address the underlying problem have left us questioning the integrity of your service department and the overall quality of your offerings. We urge you to investigate this matter promptly and provide us with a satisfactory resolution to rectify the ongoing issue with our vehicle.
