From The Start...... From the start, Auto Pats Fair was a pleasure to deal with. I searched other places and found Auto Part Fair had the best deals. I could have bought the part I needed closer to me but from the descriptions, Auto Parts Fair had the part I needed in better condition for about the same price than a competitor had for one that according to their description was in good condition with scratches. The part arrived packaged well. That part almost looked like it was brand new (it had a little bit of dirt, but that was expected and not a problem). Trust is earned...APF earned my trust I was hesitant at first, to buy a used transmission from an on-line source. I have read and heard about horror stories, told by people shopping on-line for used car parts. I am happy to report, Auto Parts Fair exceeded my expectations and I would have no problem buying from them again. The thing that put me at ease was their ability to provide me with the VIN number of the vehicle from which the used transmission came. This fact, in my opinion, is huge. It took away the worry about what kind of transmission I might end up with, as I was able to cross reference that VIN number with with DMV records and determine the listed mileage estimate was accurate.
