From The Start...... From the start, Auto Pats Fair was a pleasure to deal with. I searched other places and found Auto Part Fair had the best deals. I could have bought the part I needed closer to me but from the descriptions, Auto Parts Fair had the part I needed in better condition for about the same price than a competitor had for one that according to their description was in good condition with scratches. The part arrived packaged well. That part almost looked like it was brand new (it had a little bit of dirt, but that was expected and not a problem). I ordered a tail light assembly and to my surprise, it even came with the light bulbs. I would definitely recommend Auto Part Fair and would not hesitate to do business with them again.

The first person I dealt with was… The first person I dealt with was borderline rude. Apparently, Amazon Pay puts the company name and address on the same line. When I called because there wasn't a confirmation sent, she tried to blame me. When I called the following day, again because there still wasn't a confirmation, I got a gentleman named Samuel Schneider was extremely helpful in getting the information to me.

My mechanic approved! Not being a car mechanic but wanted to make a smart purchase, I called to confirm details of my part. Customer service rep was super helpful, patient and kind with my questions. I placed my order with confidence, it arrived the next day. And when my mechanic saw where I bought this part, he said, "Oh, now I feel better about putting a used part in your car. I like this company." I said I feel better too! And two hours later, my AC was fixed and I'm a happy driver. Will definitely use Auto Parts Fair again! Even my mechanic endorses them.
