LOUSY Had Wiper blades ordered last week and were supposed to come a number of days ago. the USPS tracking just says "in transit, will arrive late" I'd understand if it was a day late fine but a whole week late, that's unacceptable. When I contact WBUSA all they give you is some stupid 3 option path which all lead to you leaving them a message that they will not return. when I sent an email out, i got some generic response that they'll look into the matter and contact me back which (surprise surprise) they never did, and now if i want to cancel/return my order i must wait 30 days so I can get my money back. 100% will not order ANYTHING from there again. 100% do not recommended unless you take delight in being scammed and taken for a loop

They stand by there service and product. making sure the customers are receiving there items in a timely matter. Highly recommend them, been using them for a few years now. It was a great first experience It was a great first experience with Wiper Blades USA. The web site was unusually easy to navigate through. Went right to the correct wiper for my vehicle. A few quick checks of other sites showed they had the lowest price for ones I wanted. I placed the order with free shipping and it said delivery would be in 4 to 5 days. Well they shipped that afternoon and arrived on my porch 2 days later. Couldn't be happier with their shipping department. Installation instructions were very easy to follow and accurate. They snapped right on; less then one minute to replace both wipers. The next time i need wipers I'll come here first.

No reponse from Customer Service after 5 days WiperBladesUSA.com has the worst customer service. They sent a pair for a new model vehicle that is clearly the wrong size. I emailed and left a voicemail, which is what they requested because they do not answer the phone. Crickets. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
