Except for the common inventory delay of a few weeks and a following shipping issue that was no fault of TonneauCovered, everything went smoothly. Shaun does a great job personally answering any questions and Katleen follows through keeping you abreast of any other concerns you may have. Good service is hard to find and they do a great job of it. In addition, I saved about $300 and the products are top notch. I am a very satisfied customer and would do business with them again.

Best Price and Customer Service TonneauCovered had the best price on the BAK Revolver for my Jeep Gladiator. The shipping was fast too. I did notice there were two small plastic pieces (rail caps) were broken during shipping. I contacted customer service and they responded very promptly and are sending me new ones. He helped me navigate differences between similar covers I was considering, and ultimately helped me quickly place my order. The pricing cannot be beat. I paid $200 less all said and done than I would have anywhere else. When I got my cover, there was damage to the rail from shipping. Kathleen and the support staff helped me quickly file a claim and within 48 hours they were able to schedule a completely new cover to be sent to me.
