I made my decision to work with Quick Start after carefully studying all competition! I was shopping for competitive pricing for my required State interlock device. I spoke with Hyrum, who went out of his way to be helpful. Hyrum did three important things for me besides gaining my business. 1- He was patient with my speech pattern and my numerous questions. 2-He was generous with his time, and made me feel that my potential business was of value. 3- He represented his office, "Quick Start" in a completely professional manner, which inspired confidence in me. He is responsible for my decision to work with Quick Start.

North phx location jeff & chris have… North phx location jeff & chris have truly made all the difference in my world of breathalyzer and when i was down and felt like nothing could go right or i was doomed they made extra effort and worked with me when i didnt think i had anyone and made me really believe that Monotech really is a company that cares not just a Huge conglomerate that can not do anything or work with you. Low quality customer service Being locked out 2.5 days after install in 100+ degree weather and having to speak to someone who was less than empathetic about having my children in the vehicle while stranded due to a device violation that wasn't caused by me is the reason for the low rating. The device is there to prevent someone from breaking the law, not malfunction, inconvenience and potentially cause a heatstroke while waiting on a override code from someone who doesn't care if you start your vehicle or not. Why charge so much for equipment that doesn't work or isn't compatible with newer vehicles? Why blame the paying customer and assume it's something the customer did?

Tawanas the best! Intoxalock is the worst. someone referred quick start and Tawana was super quick and helpful. She had me set up with an instal and got me the info direct. Awesome job thanks girl

I have enjoyed my experiences As i have never dealt with interlock devices before I had alot of questions about functions and screen displays and there meanings I had asked Sonja to explain and she kindly demonstrated and helped me understand better. So helpful, and the other crew member were very friendly as well. I like the atmosphere and the vibes in there. The workers at Quick start in Tempe make a "not so fun' place into a comfortable environment.
