Product Specialist Sean contacted me answered the couple questions I had and processed my order. He Proceeded to split my order sent my rear shocks out while the front struts waited to be built in house. I highly recommend working with this wonderful company they are top notch. Having them assemble the front struts was a game changer and huge time saver. No messing around with dangerous, cheap spring compressors. I highly recommend this. No one else offers this service.

Amazing company The team at Shocks Surplus made this entire experience that much better. There were many issues with shipping but they ensured everything was taken care of and that I would get my product. As for the product it’s amazing but it could have been better if Icon included instructions in the box and their specific coil over adjusting wrench as well. Yes instructions are online but I mean come on, who wants to be looking at their phone with greasy hands. Overall install wasn’t bad, and the ride quality is immediately better without touching any of the adjusters yet. Can’t wait to take it off-road!

I created the order and within minutes… I created the order and within minutes I received a personal email explaining any circumstances around the order and an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks to source parts and assemble. There was also communications about updates without me even asking. Product showed up in 2 weeks. It fit right and I’m happy with the product after a week of use.

Awesome Service! I ordered these shocks from a different online retailer in early August and they kept saying they were on back order from Fox. In November I received an email from Shock Surplus saying they were in stock, I ordered by calling in on a Thursday and received them the following Monday. Fast shipping and the Gentleman I spoke with was very helpful.
