CHHuge mistake in car category - worst customer service It all seemed to be working well until I get to the car hiring company and I get a car sized half of what I had booked. After a lot of investigation I even get from the local company the document they got from CarTrawler. It is clear: the car category I paid for is NOT the one CarTrawler instructed the local company. So not only I finish losing my time and my family's when getting the car (after more than 13h flying) but when I complain to CarTrawler they basically do not give any answer to the 4 documents proving their mistake. Basically compare online a Jeep Patriot and a VW T-cross and you will see if there is a difference.

CARecommendable car rental company. Car provided was clean and in good condition. Brian has good customer service and offered suggestions like prepaid gas and gave his business card so we can contact him in case we have questions.

AUEasy to find desk Easy to find desk, quick and efficient Had booked a small car knowing the narrow roads, given bigger car. Partly my fault as I didn’t ask enough questions about charging, had to return for the info 2 days later.

GBFast service except I had to walk all… Fast service except I had to walk all the way back to the desk when someone else took my car. Do not recommend renting an electric car unless you have experience with it.

FRThe towtruck driver was great The towtruck driver was great. For our car exchange, the towtruck driver helped us save time by suggesting to drop us to the local airport, where there also was a Hertz rental agency, instead of the international airport 2 hours away, which Hertz offered.
