GBCotton of Waldorf is the best in the waldorf area Yes I am very pleased with the service of Cotton in Waldorf. I have 4 vehicles, they have replaced a transmission in my 2012 Hyundai genesis, replaced my radiator in my 2008 Cl 63 benz and they just repaired my 2006 dodge charger srt 8 by replacing the radiator and water pump. The plus is, all work is not rushed and you get you vehicle back in a good timely fashion. The mechanics a well knowledgeable.

GBExcellent Service Excellent, professional and fast service...The amazing customer service actually surprised me. Had my car towed to Cottmanns after an accident and 2 other disappointing repair shops. Mr.Bill made me feel so comfortable in the first conversation on the phone, offered additional help to get my car there safe. Rebuilding transmission in only a couple of days was almost unbelievable. Far less expensive than other repair shops.....and the best customer service ever. Not to mention additional check ups and small services I wasn't even charged for. One happy customer...will always recommend Cottmanns. COTTMANNS Crew is totally amazing.

GBTransmission Fluid Replacement Took 2 vehicles in for transmission service. 1 vehicle had a more serious problem the expected. I was given a fair assessment of the problem and a quote for the repair cost. Happy to know that what I thought would repair the symptom would not have corrected a thing. truthfully it kept me from possible getting stranded. Great experience with a topping of up front honesty.

GBI took my vehicle in for a transmission… I took my vehicle in for a transmission check. I was told the repair was 4k. I told Bill I probably won't move forward with the repair. They were polite and patient while I made my decision. I told them I would sell the vehicle. Once I picked up the vehicle, to take directly to be sold that's when the shift occurred. They left SEVERAL screws in the cup holder area, large rusted looking parts on the floor in the vehicle it was HORRIBLE. Why would a business take apart pieces of the vehicle and not put them back together after the owner decided not to move forward with the repair? I truly don't understand. If I took my vehicle to the dealership, Goodyear, any repair shop I don't expect large parts and screws to be left in the vehicle when I pick it up if I opted to not move forward with repairs. I told them I was selling the vehicle the day I picked it up obviously I needed it to look as pristine as when I brought it in. The way they left my vehicle was horrible, unprofessional and Bad Business I'm very disappointed.. If I could attach the photos I would... I won't be taking another vehicle to them.
