Great Service I took my tacoma to Cottmans a few days ago without an appointment. They were sincerely concerned and provided a transmission check and estimate. Although it wasn't the news I wanted, knowing that, Cottmans took the time to explain what was not functioning properly and provided a couple of solutions. I would definitely return to Cottman's for service.

DON'T BOTHER TAKING YOUR VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE I've been taking my cars to the Waldorf location for at least 5 years now and I'm ALWAYS satisfied with the service they give. They are always professional, respectful and helpful. Being a single mom, those qualities in dealing with car problems go A LONG WAY. They take time to explain anything I don't understand or have further questions about. They even offer local transportation to work, if needed. KUDOS to Cottman of Waldorf!!! Transmission Fluid Replacement Took 2 vehicles in for transmission service. 1 vehicle had a more serious problem the expected. I was given a fair assessment of the problem and a quote for the repair cost. Happy to know that what I thought would repair the symptom would not have corrected a thing. truthfully it kept me from possible getting stranded. Great experience with a topping of up front honesty.
