GBBattery replacement We had a dead battery in our 2016 Buick Encore. We discovered it on 09/17 and called AAA for their battery replacement service on 09/18. They never made the service call on 09/18. We called again on 09/19. They did not make a service on 09/19. The AAA advisor (both days) said there was only one driver available, and on 09/19 said they could be out on 09/20 but our patience was exhausted. On 09/19 we called Hessco around 1:00 pm. Arranged for the battery replacement and the service technician was here with a battery around 2:45 and had it replaced shortly after 3. We are completely satisfied with Hessco's handling of this.

GBThen people were very nice and… Then people were very nice and informative. On time and professional. However, the 250.00 fee to drive out to my house to replace the battery was a little excessive in my opinion.
