GBImpossible to even set up a new account because all passwords are rejected As a new employee setting up an account, I tried for over an hour to come up with a password it would accept. It suggested strong passwords and then rejected them as having "special characters." I don't look forward to using this piece of garbage software to report my hours - if I can ever even set up my account.

GBI would say Paylocity is okay I would say Paylocity is okay. I dont like the customer service process, but Im sure they are trying to improve. At my current company we use it for payroll and onboarding, I wanted to see if they ATS was good, but def. not good enough.

GBReceived a Call about problems with… Received a Call about problems with receiving my medical reimbursement. Told I was verifying the account wrong. Even though verify 3 times and sent screenshots. Tried to explain that I kept getting emails but the person would not listen or let me talk. Rep kept saying I needed to listen and stop talking rude, rude, rude. It's my money and then told I would be getting a paper check. Even though I had an email that my check was being deposited. Not sure if I should wait for 10 days for the check in the mail or if it will be in the bank account. Not helpful and this person maybe shouldn't be in customer service poor representation of the company.

GBStay away from the ATS. The HRIS is fine...I don't know much about customer support (as reading other reviews), but I have to say that the ATS system is way below average. They sell you on an "open API", but very few integrations actually work. If you want the ATS to integrate with anything, be prepared to get scoped $20,000+ for the other company to build the integration. Every time I call in I get a note that says "your account manager is unavailable". Also, when you sign up for the Paylocity ATS, you also have to sign up for JobTarget, which is $1-2K per month in order for your jobs to get posted anywhere except Indeed. Very frustrating onboarding/implementation as well...one of the worst I've ever been a part of.

GBCustomer Service is not their thing! overall the app is user friendly, the community page is great. If you are the kind of person who knows how to trouble shoot and figure out issues on your own, you will be fine. If you are the kind of person who needs help with figuring something out, forget it! you will send them a question, they will answer, and before you even have a chance to let them know the answer did or didn't work they are sending you a survey if they resolved your issue. so you write back and say no, and they are like, OH Well, I've got nothing. I have had numerous issues where I needed someone's help trouble shooting, and they don't do that. They are not willing to help find a solution, they give you one, and if it doesn't work, well, that's your problem. We were told we would have someone to assist us, sure they answer the first email, but normally it does absolutely nothing! their service is always my last resort because I now know, it's not going to help.
