Horrible Horrible Horrible company Horrible Horrible Horrible company, We left there company and they issued W2 without our permission. Now its a mess. They wont help so far in finding the resolution.

We recently switched from ADP to… We recently switched from ADP to Paylocity and were very excited about it. The excitement didn't last long. They sell you on a full service experience with all of these perks, when in reality, their implementation process is terrible. The team assigned to us would continuously make mistakes and leave it up to us to fix them. When we pushed back and told them to fix their own mistakes, they took forever. Their customer service is awful. They tell you you will receive a response within 24 hours but the customer service rep won't respond for days. The entire experience from start to now has been awful! Makes me want to go back to ADP. I wouldn't recommend switching to Paylocity. The frustration and poor customer service isn't worth it.

Absolutely Horrible Absolutely Horrible. NEVER put your most valuable assets (your employees) through this gauntlet of hell. Step 1: Make all of your employees remember some random and ridiculous 6-8 digit code, just to login. Step 2: Make a design that is so insanely difficult to maneuver, that everyone will fail and you will spend your HR life correcting everyone and training and re-training and re-training Step 3: spend your days looking for something, anything else to replace it.

Locked out just about every time I go… Locked out just about every time I go to use it , it constantly changes passwords I update the passwords and it's a random chance game if the site will let me on or not . whoever runs the IT is a retar ded as s-clown I have been asking my company to please switch to any other pay site as this one is a total sh it show

We switched from ADP to Paylocity We switched from ADP to Paylocity - what a dream. This company knows what they are doing; their customer service is informed and prompt in replying. The software is VERY user friendly; the payroll tax returns are easy to find and download. If you are using ADP - I HIGHLY recommend switching to Paylocity; the conversion was so simple and this is just a great company.
