GBRevived my VW Beetle after a long road trip I recently moved to California after finishing a road trip from DC to Seattle to Los Angeles. My little 2007 VW Beetle took quite a beating. I took it into Bestiale in response to a "check engine light," and Grigor changed the spark plugs and ignition coils which were shot. He also changed the brake fluid, checked the transmission oil level, and did a tire rotation. Grigor was super transparent about his work and fixed everything in almost no time. He also dropped my car off at my workplace after which saved me a taxi ride. It was great value for great service!

GBDetailed, Knowledgable, Honest So happy! Grigor is knowledgeable, kind, professional, communicates, listens, and treats your car like it's his baby. I came here initially for an inspection on my RS3 AFTER a Premium Luxury car shop took it on a joyride with a flat tire caught on dashcam. While I was talking to Grigor, I was impressed with his knowledge of cars and performance vehicles. It's extremely difficult to find a competent, kind, honest mechanic. Let alone a true car enthusiast. I had the right front wheel and suspension checked for damage as well as the 20k Audi factory maintenance including engine oil and filter change, dust and pollen filter change and all factory specified lubrications and checks with genuine/OE Audi parts for my 2018 Audi RS3. I am extremely impressed. The shop may not have all the expensive equipment, heck it doesn't even have a lift. But...as someone who also works on cars and helicopters, it's more about knowledge, details, and tender care. It's like surfing, you can have all the top equipment and gear, but if you can't swim, you can't surf. These guys...they are like the ski bum...average board, duck taped gear, but give them snow and a mountain and they will tear it up. Dedication and hard work...skills. Price: WAY better than BH Audi Service by almost $400+ on a 20K service. Report: Extremely detailed. They found warranty problems the Audi Service dept. didn't find 6 months ago on the 10K Service. They even ranked the problems based on severity and urgency. I was able to take that report to get my warranty serviced at Audi. Stuff Audi didn't tell me about. Customer Service: No fancy couch or lounge, BUT first-rate service in customer respect and care. They listen and share ideas and thoughts with you. They are friendly and professional. Communicated everything important. Speedy and efficient. Overall, Grigor treats your car like his baby.

GBGreat service and communication about … Great service and communication about costs. Bestiale was a friend's referral, so I was trusting that it would work out- it did. I had Bestiale do the 65k factory scheduled maintenance according to Audi’s specifications on my 2011 Audi A5 2.0 Quattro. The quote from the Audi dealership was double the price and I did not feel very comfortable with the staff at the dealership. They gave me the impression they didnt care if I went with them or not. I am very glad I went with Bestiale. They offered a pick up and drop off service for my location- which was an added bonus for me. They were pleasant and genuinely friendly. They gave me an overview of other maintenance on a timeline indicating immediate attention or could wait. This honesty and non-pressure is why among other reasons I will take my Audi back to Bestiale. Thank you.

GBBest shop and team in town! Bringing my 2018 Q3 to Grigor and his team at Bestiale was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made regarding my vehicle. My Audi had been running very oddly and a check engine light was triggered. I brought it in to the the dealership (the only place I’ve ever had my vehicle serviced). It was diagnosed with a laundry list of issues and a huge quote to fix those problems. One major issue was carbon buildup in the cylinders as well as having some leaking parts needing to be resealed. I called several places to find somewhere to adequately service my car and I had no luck until I found Bestiale! The team was polite. They were patient with all of my questions and Grigor was incredibly honest and extremely detailed in providing me a diagnosis and options for services. Hands down the best experience I’ve had in having a car serviced and it now runs like the day I got it! Thank you guys!
