GBIn all the years we've been using LSW… In all the years we've been using LSW they have always been on time. Usually, they are early which we really appreciate. The drivers are professional but friendly and always know the route. They might charge a little more than the going rate but to us it's worth it.

My SO gets car sick really easily, but his driving was smooth and not jerky so no problems. Great experience, worth the premium over Uber.

GBMy Driver arrived early My Driver arrived early, was courteous and efficient. He got me through New York traffic with a smile. This is the fifth time I have used the LSW service from both Westchester airport and from La Guardia. Timely and efficient – they meet you at baggage and help with your luggage. I highly recommend them.

GBDriver was great, Office Support Less So Driver was great, arrived on time and drove carefully. I didn't have as much confidence in the person who answered the phone. I am not even sure she said the name of the company when she answered, so I initially wasn't sure I had called the right place.
