GBWarranty customer service I bought a 3” cutout and the original one lasted 1.5 years. I bought a replacement and after 3 months the butterfly plate fell out driving down the road. Spelab sent me a replacement under warranty. That one lasted 3 months before the same thing happened and the butterfly plate fell out going down the road. They agreed to send me another replacement. I can appreciate a company with this kind of customer service who stands behind the product and does the right thing by the customer!

GBIncorrect order corrected with exceptional service I had ordered an exhaust pipe and for months, didn’t install. When i went to install, i noticed that a part was missing. When i reached out to their support staff, they were very fast at responding and worked with me to get the correct part i needed for the set. Although there was a shipping error, they handled it with professionalism and care.

GBExceptional customer service!! I have bought and used many parts from spelab and have had no complaints with quality or fitment of parts. I have had one issue with receiving a package that was destroyed in shipping and lost most of the contents out of package. After I made customer support aware they immediately got me new parts shipped to me even tho it was not their fault. I still continue doing business with them regularly.

GBWas missing some of my order Was missing some of my order. They are shipping it to me right away. Would rather talk to someone personally instead of email. Tried talking through chat but the person I was talking to started calling me names. After the 3rd message they finally told me I was talking to the wrong department.
