CAThe break I needed at the right time. My PCM and tuner crashed completely, I’m an independent contractor. If I’m not mobile, I’m not providing income. After lots of research awaiting the new PCM to arrive, I came across SPELab and Ordered H&S v1 mini maxx. My luck continued and I was contacted by customer service that the tuner was back ordered 10 days minimum. I politely responded with my situation, offered to pay the difference for a V2 if they could get it here ASAP! Not only did they send me a V2, they upgraded my tuner on the house. Finally being the source of Giving a guy a break. So thankful for their personable customer service that cared about my hardship enough to just give me the break I needed right when I needed it. Thank you SPE. You’ve got a life long customer after that.

GBWas missing some of my order Was missing some of my order. They are shipping it to me right away. Would rather talk to someone personally instead of email. Tried talking through chat but the person I was talking to started calling me names. After the 3rd message they finally told me I was talking to the wrong department.

GBOrdered an EGR delete kit for my 2017… Ordered an EGR delete kit for my 2017 F-250 and haven’t got around to putting it on yet but it seems like a very high quality product with instructions and videos on how to install. It was delivered crazy fast so there was hardly any waiting. I still had a couple questions though so I reached out to customer service, they responded in a timely manner and were a huge help to answer my questions. I’d recommend Spelab to anybody.

GBExceptional customer service!! I have bought and used many parts from spelab and have had no complaints with quality or fitment of parts. I have had one issue with receiving a package that was destroyed in shipping and lost most of the contents out of package. After I made customer support aware they immediately got me new parts shipped to me even tho it was not their fault. I still continue doing business with them regularly.
