Waterman's & Waterwoman's Best Friend Website and Facebook don't do the product justice. Exceptionally well made and a lot of thought went into every detail of the product. One of the best products I have found for any Waterman or Waterwoman who calls the beach and ocean home.

Be careful mounting I'm only going to criticize for the company's sake. Your alloy is so soft that the installation bolts dig into the mounting channels. Especially because you provide nylon lock nuts. It'd be better off with lock washers or at least provide torque specs. It was a huge pain to change my install because the bolts were stuck in the mounting channels.

@Campsite1978 For the first few years of our relationship, we found ourselves living for the weekend. Then one day, we decided we wanted more; more time to connect with nature, friendly strangers, and one another. So we took a giant leap, quit our jobs, and set off to see what #vanlife was all about. We quickly learned that the things we desired came easily while on the road. However, many of things we had become accustomed to - like a hot shower and the ability to wash our dishes were no longer available... until we stumbled upon Road Shower. It wasn’t long after the install, that we found ourself feeling more at ease when doing our daily clean ups. We opted to purchase the Road Shower 4, that has the capacity to hold 7 gallons. This volume of water allowed both of us to have a hot pressurized shower multiple times before refilling, along with rinsing our dishes. When it was time to refill, we would connect to a free local water source. Within hours, the cold water would be transformed into warm/hot water depending on the level of sunlight and outdoor temperature. After a year of using our Road Shower we are confident to say that this product allowed us to have the comforts of home while creating our home on the road.

Great buy compared to what's out there!! Great product!! Have had it permanently on my rig since I've bought it (possibly 2-3 months now) One down side is that it does slip off a bit where I have it mounted it (I use the all-pro pack rack on my Tacoma) and have needed to add a layer of rubber padding under the roadshower itself aside from the ones that come on the curved pieces. Also, trying to tighten the bolts became a problem early on. Eventually the screw would no longer grab on the channels and had to use pliers to hold screws in place as I tightened bolts. May need a way to work around this issue. Aside from those problems the product itself worked great and water flowed continuously while pressurized.

Could not receive my flex neck shower head at all and still no refund :(( I finally had my full refund. So I now update my review to 4 stars. Still missing 1 star as my initial flex neck head unit became obsolete due to loosen head just dropped and lost during a camp. I still need to buy a new unit. Im currently a Road Shower 4 user in Turkey (perhaps the only one) for almost a year (purchased last year) and as my flex neck shower head accessory “head” was defected and fell apart and lost all of a sudden, I reordered a new one from Road Shower online before my trip to USA in November. Although there was plenty of time before my arrival I couldnt receive my flex neck shower head on time as there was a huge delay in delivery (supposedly courier related) I couldnt manage to receive my order at all and flew back to my home country without my order. And the worst thing is that I was not refunded for the shipping cost (claimed as courier company’s fault by the Road Shower customer rep.) and still waiting to be refunded for the item itself. So much disappointed. :((
