And then left his desk and made the repair himself . I would highly recommend this transmission shop.

They were super curtious and understood our decision because the value of our vehicle was not more than the very reasonable cost of the repair. I will go back if needed!!

Rebuilt the transmission in a 12 year … Rebuilt the transmission in a 12 year old Buick 5 years ago that was important to keep for my partially disabled, 4' 7" , 70 year old wife - it "fit" her!. They promptly honored a warranted problem (a part). Very competitive price, competent work, friendly, on time and on estimate delivery. Five years later... we recently had a parts problem which was quickly diagnosed and repaired on schedule. They don't jump in and replace a lot of stuff to "cover" themselves. It's a very logical, step by step diagnosis that fixes the exact problem. They've also done great work for one of my son's.
