GBThey diagnosed our transmission and … They diagnosed our transmission and instead of putting money into the vehicle we decided to sell it. They were super curtious and understood our decision because the value of our vehicle was not more than the very reasonable cost of the repair. I will go back if needed!!

GBOrdered wrong transmission Ordered wrong transmission. Didn't actually look to see if they were ordering the right one. Add 3 days wait time. Right transmission came in and was installed, started slipping first day, 2 days later gave out on highway and truck overheated. $3200 for a bad week. Transmission still isn't fixed because of the holiday. Lost thousands because this truck was out of commission. Need some compensation for down time because of their incompetence!
