Rita picked me up on time from JFK on a Friday evening and drove me into Manhattan during one of the worse traffic. She was very professional , courteous and knew the shortcuts to get me there safely. Awesome

NLLincoln limousine very smooth transaction from start to finish. MaryAnn is such an awesome individual who helped me plan our ride from arrival from JFK and our return flight as well. Both of our Drivers were all courteous and dressed professionally. I would really recommend them to all my friends when they visit NYC. Plus we rode in style in a Cadillac Escalade! AEexcellent and reliable the moment i booked the service i recived the confirmation e-mail. when i landed in JFK i found it was immpossible to contact the company through the phone due to different phone network. i sent then an e-mail while i was in the arrival hall and they responded immediatly and gave me guide to the location of the car. friendlly driver and know how to go around NYC. GBGood customer service Easy reservation and good follow up as dates of service arrived. Pick up from initial airport arrival was delayed despite giving plenty of heads up time with call to driver shortly after plane arrival. The quality of cars used was less than spectacular.
