NLLincoln limousine very smooth transaction from start to finish. MaryAnn is such an awesome individual who helped me plan our ride from arrival from JFK and our return flight as well. Both of our Drivers were all courteous and dressed professionally. I would really recommend them to all my friends when they visit NYC. Plus we rode in style in a Cadillac Escalade! I wish I can give more than 5 stars! Keep up the good work guys.

GBGreat Service ! Drivers were on-time, easy to connect with via cell phone at airport, Limo's were clean. Driver's got us to downtown Manhatten and later during Fri night commute traffic to Newark airport in record time. Definetly recommend Lincoln Limo and will use them on next trip to New York.

GBGreat Service! We hired Lincoln Limousine in NYC to pick us up from Newark airport, take us to Manhattan/Times Square and then on our return pick us up from Times Square and take us to La Guardia. Both trips the driver was on time, the cars were clean and the drive was uneventful. In fact, the day before our return trip to La Guardia, we received a proactive call suggesting an earlier pick-up time due to concerns about traffic from some street closures for a parade. We were very happy with the service and the price was resaonable for the service we received.

GBthe dispatcher who handled the… the dispatcher who handled the scheduling of our care service for my boss's guest was professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I loved the customer service your employee exhibited. She was very patient as I asked a million questions and covered the details more than four times. She smiled through that phone the entire time. You need to have her teach phone customer service. Tell her that I will use her car service for my boss's client's needs for now own just because she wowed me!!!
