Fantastic experience Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.

It is Great when things work EXACTLY as expected! This was my first experience ever shipping a motorcycle or any vehicle for that matter. The process was real great from start to finish. The representative I spoke to initially (Mary) was excellent and very knowledgable and confidence instilling All my questions and concerns were addressed Bike was picked up on time They guys picking it up were professional and experienced The bike was securely strapped down on a skid made for motorcycles They even let me get up into the truck and watch the strapping process Communication through the entire process was excellent and as expected Bike was delivered to destination 3 days early Bike had NO damage whatsoever when delivered I would definitely use Federal again!

I worked directly with Tessa who feels more like family now than an service provider. The delivery of the bike is a Father’s Day surprise to my husband. Customer support (Tesa) was great -- … Customer support (Tesa) was great -- knowledgeable, responsive, great communication. Pick-up and delivery was handled with out any hassle. Shipping time was a couple of days longer than quoted because the hand-off in route was missed. This wasn't an issue since I did not have a deadline or a schedule I had to meet.
