the pallet this year was better than… the pallet this year was better than the past years (14) that I have used you. Don't know the reason the motorcycle was needed to be retied but it was and not a great job. More care needs to be taken by the staff. I have used you for 14 years; during those years there has been several problems, and increasing pricing that now have me thinking about using other companies.

20 years of great rides We started shipping our bikes with Federal and Jennifer in 2000. We have had nothing but fantastic service and outstanding experience dealing with them. Thanks Tessa,,, you are a true professional... I would definitely use her service again,, if I could not allocate the time to ride to my starting point....

Worry free transport It is important to begin my review by saying that I'm very particular (picky) about how I keep my cars & my motorcycles. I've used Federal twice now, once from southern CA to Spokane, WA & most recently from Vernon, CT to Culver, IN. In both cases the motorcycle being shipped on my behalf was obviously cared for & arrived damage free. They do what they do well. I'd recommend Federal without hesitation.

So impressed! So impressed! I have been utilizing the Federal Companies (FunTransport) to ship motorcycles between Maryland & Las Vegas since 2007 - probably 7-8 times total. Never had any issues. The customer service is always outstanding at every turn.
