I have used other transport companies and while they might be cheaper, the delivery took three times as long and my motorcycles sustained damage. A great experience with excellent service from true professionals What a great experience so far. Working with Judy through multiple calls and emails, while I was still on the road. Judy helped me figure out my best options and was even able to modify the final destination for me as weather conditions changed. I live in MN and shipped from TX. Our weather in April can be horrific, and that is what happened at the last minute. Judy was very professional and clear, helping me change my original scheduled pickup from a Federal Loading site in St. Paul, to my home address. Federal is lucky to have people with Judy's knowledge, skill and patience. I'll be shipping again with Federal in the future, no doubt!

Fantastic experience Fantastic experience. I shipped two Harleys from San Jose to Chicago and back and everything went great. Bikes were well taken care of - not a scratch on either bike after 4,300 miles of transit. Everyone involved in the process was both friendly and professional. Communication was prompt and tracking was easy throughout. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was very easy Scheduling was very easy, the price was the best I found, and the motorcycle was delivered without a scratch. The only issue was the original pickup date had to change to the next day since the driver didn't have the correct equipment to pick up the bike on the scheduled date. Once we got past the pickup date snafu, communication was great and everything was perfect.
