Verc is an outstanding car rental facility. Superlative vehicles. Superior service. Verc Car Rental goes over the top to please and accommodate its customers. I knew I was going to have a potentially very long term rental and I mentioned that I had a preferential color of which Verc had none on hand. But Verc's manager went and sought one out at a distance to please me. And it was stupendous. The car I received was simply stunning. Driving it, I felt like a movie star, getting compliments (I kid you not) from strangers all of the time. Furthermore Verc did all that they could to allow me to satisfy my kayaking hobby. My experience driving for many months the fabulous gem of a vehicle provided by Verc made it exceedingly difficult to go back to my own car.

Use VERC in Plylmouth Last week I traveled to Plymouth, MA for a funeral for a family member. Needed a car on short notice. Looked at the VERC website, called and spoke to Herb - in fact, called him several times as arrival times kept changing. He was pleasant, friendly and upbeat. To my surprise I got the car shown for that price - a Toyota Camry! That has never happened! Staff was gracious, super service, family was very happy and grateful.

GREAT EXPERIENCE Everything about this rental was outstanding. The sales people were helpful, and provided good advice and fantastic service, everything about how the company handed the rental was explained up front. The van was in great shape, well maintained We were not from the area so having friendly, helpful people with good advice made our experience that much better. I've been doing business with Verc for … I've been doing business with Verc for many years. Dan, Andre, (Joe who is now at a different location) and Tony who used to work at the Brockton office have all provided exceptional service!!! Dan has always gone above and beyond.

While I eventually got what I reserved … While I eventually got what I reserved it was an hour and a half later than requested requiring two trips to the location really messing up my scheduled day. What was most annoying was the car I believe was meant for me at my reservation time was given to someone else. The excuse given to me was that person just happened to make his on-line reservation 4 hours before I did...yeah. I believe it was an acquaintance that was getting preferential treatment.
