GBBest Rentals and Customer Service Can't say enough about the customer service. Pick-up, drop-off, ease of paperwork etc. I have rented at the Weymouth location about a dozen times over the past few years. From a Prius (yes..., I admit I drove one and actually liked it).. to a Ford Mustang to a big box truck for moving I have never had a problem and always got a fair deal. The big names could take a few lessons from this local family owned company.

GBI was referred by the repair shop that … I was referred by the repair shop that fixed my car. HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who will listen! They make it so easy and convenient for the person leasing, by meeting the individual at specified location for pick up and not requiring the individual to be with the car when dropping it off. Also, they are easily accessible via email and respond in a very timely manner. Next time, I hope it's for leisure, and not a I-wasn't-at-fault-auto-accident when I lease a vehicle! THANK YOU, VERC!

GBVery nice and helpful staff at … Very nice and helpful staff at Marshfield, MA location. Got an intermediate size Camry that was an authorized upgrade from the only compact car on the lot which was not our preferred size or color. I will recommend Verc to others.

GBBeen a customer of the Plymouth … Been a customer of the Plymouth location for many, many years. We have rented cars upon occasion but mostly the wheelchair vans to bring mom home from nursing home on various holidays. I have to say that Ruth is a pleasure to deal with.....as is Herb. They both take very good care of us and make the rental as easy as possible. We have multiple business locations like you folks and would hire either of these two. They are really great assets to VERC PLYMOUTH.

GBWhile I eventually got what I reserved … While I eventually got what I reserved it was an hour and a half later than requested requiring two trips to the location really messing up my scheduled day. What was most annoying was the car I believe was meant for me at my reservation time was given to someone else. The excuse given to me was that person just happened to make his on-line reservation 4 hours before I did...yeah. I believe it was an acquaintance that was getting preferential treatment.
