The car lift was as described, great price, fast shipping, excellent communication I called four of the dealers on line about the car lift I was looking for and chose big boys garage toys. I talked to Scott the owner of the company who is very knowledgeable about the car lift I purchased, informed me on how I could save some money on a package deal and gave me a contact number to reach him directly. great follow up! Scott was great, very attentive and detail oriented. Other vendors I've dealt with over the years are terrible at getting back to you with answers, but not Scott. Every conversation or email ended with "is there anything I can help you with?" When my order arrived from the manufacturer damaged (by the trucking company), Scott acted on my behalf to get a speedy resolution. Highly recommended!
