repeat customer came back again I have purchased from BBGT a few times in the past. This is the biggest purchase I have had to date, the others were considerably smaller but since the previous orders didn't have any problems I felt comfortable going with the larger order. There was a little hassle because my card got denied on the first attempt because I didn't spell out the street completely. You would think with a repeat customer they would know the card is good. I will probably be back again.

Great service and communications Fantastic customer service. Owner called me within 10 minutes of my online order - ON A SUNDAY - to let me know the product was on backorder, and to give me an ETA. The shipment arrived from the manufacturer right when he said it would, and I got a prompt email with freight tracking info. They used a top-tier freight company with great and fast service, also.
