GBSmall problem I recently purchased the combo 1157 front and rear pack for my 2021 Sportster and one of the fronts will not stay seated in the socket while riding. It appears that the one nub that slides and locks into the socket when turned is not long enough to stay engaged so as the bike vibrates it comes loose and goes out. When it does there is no running light or turn signal. Please advise Order #71543 I hope I don't come to regret this purchase. The other 3 lights work fine so I hope that customer support will fix my problem. Update: Customer svc came through and sent replacement fronts which completely solved the issue. Great communication and follow up.

GBHighest quality Jeep halo lights I’ve seen! Fantastic product with great features, lights are well built and easy to install! They lights look amazing! I had one small issue with the headlight adapter harness and I contacted LED Factory Mart via email which was a smooth and easy process and received a replacement part with in no time at all! Absolutely will use again!

GBExcellent Excellent, Excellent Excellent! I ordered the wrong part number that didn't include signal lights and after I realized what I had done I messaged the company and they promptly responded with a solution and I completed the order and the lights are on the way! Hell Yeah!

GBTerrible customer service and poor instructions Terrible product, was not as I thought I had bought. Before buying I was in text conversation but product was not as advertised . customer service does not answer phone and text response just iterating. very poor instructions and no help.

GBAbsolute unprofessional rep David Absolute unprofessional rep David. The order came in 6 different packages and not completed. David provided nothing but excuses and lies. It took weeks for our products to arrive and when they did, still not complete. Smart guy David so cutely sent an email with pictures of delivery boxes and still clearly not a complete order so we sent him pictures back. His best support was offering $10, then &20, then $30 to make us feel better. It was more insulting than help. As it sits today, David is telling us the missing items ship separately so he will now send those missing items! Wait! What? If they ship separate, then why not ship them with everything else vs after everything arrives? Again, lies. Do not order from here. Not a single item had any instructions. David is the worst customer service person we have ever experienced with any company. Shame on y’all!
