Was Called a "r tard" How do I rate zero stars? Was called by HE and was called a "r tard" and a mother f'er. Had 3 people in the room with me when he was on speaker. The reason he called me those names?? Because I asked questions on the tech line. They didn't answer the questions and those parts they sent weren't correct. They kept playing games, so I cancelled the payment on my card. Now stuck with installed parts that don't work and they say I didn't order correctly. The parts I rcv'd didn't match the pics of the parts I ordered. Terrible business save yourself, listen to me and all the other terrible rvws

Fantastic customer service!!! I ordered a set of LED headlights and… I ordered a set of LED headlights and was thrilled to get exactly what I ordered. I did receive 1 of the headlight bulbs that did not work and they offered to replace it free of charge. What a great company that stands by their products and backs the needs of customers! great products great products. great assistance. For my 2015 F150, I purchased some fantastic bulbs, and they performed flawlessly. Perfect match. Outstanding output and beam pattern. After a year or so, one of the bulbs died. I called to inquire about the warranty and got a replacement right away. Overall, yet another wonderful encounter with the HE team.

The HE fog lights and headlights are… The HE fog lights and headlights are excellent. High quality. Lifetime warranty. Amazingly bright. The beam spread improves far left and right visibility significantly. Visibility forward is very impressive. Customer service is excellent. Shipping is quick. Just be patient I ordered the wrong set up for my vehicle and returned my order and of course re-ordered the correct set up for my vehicle. It seemed like eternity to get my orders but I must say it was worth the wait. They installed super easy, plugged them in and these lights are amazing.
