The beam spread improves far left and right visibility significantly. Visibility forward is very impressive. Customer service is excellent. Shipping is quick. 2nd Time Customer, Not Returning - Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service I've ordered two HID kits for two different vehicles. First kit works great on my Audi. The second kit for my 2016 F-150 has been a bit of a disaster. First, they sent the kit without the relay harness even though I had ordered one... Called about it.. no biggie, they sent it out promptly. I get everything installed properly by a professional.. groundings are good, connections good, but sometimes the lights burst in brightness then quickly revert to normal brightness. I called customer service and the guy who answered was probably the most unprofessional and rude customer service agent I have ever encountered... and for no reason. I was nothing but polite. He even told me I didn't have a relay harness, when I absolutely do, and I absolutely sent in a photo of it to them. Did he apologize? No. When I asked him what his name was, he hung up on me. This is atrocious customer service. If it were my business I'd fire this person promptly, and judging from other reviews I'm not the only customer who's been affected.

Fast & Helpful User friendly website. It's hard to find parts for my bus and get confirmation that it will fit. But I had no problem with Headlight Experts. I did have a follow up question after receiving the lights and the response time was amazingly fast and helpful.

Good product Headlamp Experts Chevelle install. Good product, installed four Headlight Experts LED seal beams in a 1965 Chevelle, they work great, & fit as good as the factory originals, installation is a bit tricky, I did have to contact the tech dept Via email, they responded quickly with a self explanatory illustration, ( probably should have been in the kit )

Haven't even gotten the product yet. I placed an order from their website which stated "Get it in 2 business days with free shipping if ordered in the next:" (cut directly from their site). It didn't ship until the end of the second day and I won't receive it until 4 days after ordering (Maybe). I don't have a problem with things getting delayed, but when I contacted them, they won't even acknowledge that there is an issue. Fingers crossed their products are better than their service.
