GBWas Called a "r tard" How do I rate zero stars? Was called by HE and was called a "r tard" and a mother f'er. Had 3 people in the room with me when he was on speaker. The reason he called me those names?? Because I asked questions on the tech line. They didn't answer the questions and those parts they sent weren't correct. They kept playing games, so I cancelled the payment on my card. Now stuck with installed parts that don't work and they say I didn't order correctly. The parts I rcv'd didn't match the pics of the parts I ordered. Terrible business save yourself, listen to me and all the other terrible rvws

GBWow I wish I read up on them first BUYER BEWARE Wow. I wish I read up on them first. The disrespect and dishonesty from this company was unlike anything I have ever encountered buying something online. Please heed this warning: April 16th I placed a $323 order from Headlight Experts after visiting their website and believing them to be creditable. That was on Tuesday. The next day I got a tracking number and was told my package should arrive on Sunday so all seemed well. Tuesday comes back around, no package or update in the tracking number, so I send an email. The first answer I was told was that they had a delay, but the tracking should update "very very soon." Thursday comes around (10 days later) and of course nothings changed, so I ask for a refund. This time I'm told "the package has left the facility and the tracking should update any minute." It's back to Tuesday again (14 days later) and nothing has happened. It was not until I left this initial review that they immediately refunded my money and asked me to take the review down. MEANING the package that "shipped" 4 days ago still hasnt. BUYER BEWARE

GBLED replacement on son's Prius I had LED lights installed on my son's 2011 Prius by a local shop thinking they would be safer and brighter. That was not the case. I purchased the H11 bulbs from Headlight Experts and received them promptly. I was able to do the installation in less than 30 minutes and the outcome was great. I had to ask one question about the warning light capacitor included in the kit and my question was answered immediately. You cannot go wrong with purchasing replacement bulbs from Headlight Experts.

GBFantastic customer service!!! I ordered a set of LED headlights and… I ordered a set of LED headlights and was thrilled to get exactly what I ordered. I did receive 1 of the headlight bulbs that did not work and they offered to replace it free of charge. What a great company that stands by their products and backs the needs of customers! Highly recommend Headlight Experts!

BZGreat customer service I bought headlights for my Polaris. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. I live in Belize so when I returned home and went to install them I found out my mistake. I emailed Headlight Experts and in short order I was able to exchange them for the correct headlights. Friends made the shipping and getting the headlights here simple. Headlight Experts customer service was excellent and the headlights are great.
