After having an issue with a new… After having an issue with a new switchback LED bulb that I only had for lass then a month, I contacted the customer service dept, explained what was going on and with out missing a beat, they sent out a new set. They arrived several days after I contacted them and I installed them right away and they look great. Again installation was quick and easy.

Great customer service I bought headlights for my Polaris. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones. I live in Belize so when I returned home and went to install them I found out my mistake. I emailed Headlight Experts and in short order I was able to exchange them for the correct headlights. Friends made the shipping and getting the headlights here simple. Headlight Experts customer service was excellent and the headlights are great.

It took 17 days to get delivered! It took 17 days to get delivered! Which they say 2-3 days to deliver. In the time I was waiting for the product I had to contact them and ask why I hadn't received the product. They gave me the runaround saying it was shipping soon that it would be to my place within 2-3 days. I watched the tracking # and the product never got shipped. I finally got fed up with them lying to me and told them to cancel my order. They said they would pull the order and not ship it. Well to my surprise the product showed up almost a week later. (By this time I had purchased it somewhere else and already installed it.) They said to return to sender and they would credit me back. They credited me back minus the restocking fee and shipping. I complained enough they gave me my restocking fee back but not shipping. Buyers beware! I read the other complaints but figured I'd try. I purchase a lot of LED lights too! I've never had this kind of customer service! They are terrible to work with! Other companies like Amazon are way better than these guys!

great products great products. great assistance. For my 2015 F150, I purchased some fantastic bulbs, and they performed flawlessly. Perfect match. Outstanding output and beam pattern. After a year or so, one of the bulbs died. I called to inquire about the warranty and got a replacement right away. Overall, yet another wonderful encounter with the HE team.

Fast & Helpful User friendly website. It's hard to find parts for my bus and get confirmation that it will fit. But I had no problem with Headlight Experts. I did have a follow up question after receiving the lights and the response time was amazingly fast and helpful.
