GBI ordered cosmetic parts (visors) I ordered cosmetic parts (visors), instead got an incorrect set (different vehicle) delivered. They offered a full refund for the error. Would be a repeat customer with the level of Customer service offered.

They sent a different starter than the one I was looking for, BUT the customer service department remedied the situation promptly. I appreciated my experience and will definitely sho with them again. GBHard to communicate, not willing to help Package was stolen on delivery. Company was very slow with communicating and promised to file claim and get back. They never filed a claim. I would not buy from this company again.
