GBTrying to resolve issues with… Trying to resolve issues with merchandise using email only makes the troubleshooting process very drawn out and frustrating. It was painfully obvious that your AI generated troubleshooting process is woefully inadequate. All it usually takes from my 54years of experience is a phone call to a human being. I don't see me using your service/products line ever again.
