GBBus no-showed and 4 months later still no refund On July 19, 2023, we booked two buses for a group airport transfer. Unfortunately, only one bus showed up and we were forced to hire Ubers to transport our group to the airport so they didn't miss their flights. We agreed to a partial refund for the bus that no-showed. After multiple emails and phone calls, it is now 4 MONTHS later and we are still waiting for a refund. I tried to call the finance department, but the number diverts to Customer Service, who refer me back to finance.

GBOverall better than expected Registration as well as making changes to stops was pretty easy and very accurate. Driver arrived plenty early. Condition of mini bus could have been better (seats). Friendliness and courtesy awesome. Top of price scale—

GBThe Charter Bus never showed up The Charter Bus never showed up, and company is currently refusing to process a refund. The charter was supposed to happen in November. It is February 12, and we still do not have a refund because they do not have the funds.

GBWe traveled today from Binghamton We traveled today from Binghamton, NY to the Bronx,NY. Our driver Kismet was EXCEPTIONAL! On time, we made great time to reach out destination and great accommodating our needs throughout the day. The bus however was a disaster! Very dirty, bathroom wasn't completely functional and bus throughout was not cleaned out, and generally needed to be upgraded!.

GBForty Disabled People Stranded Our group reserved and paid six weeks ahead for an ADA bus (lift equipped). $2711 from our little nonprofit. The bus cancelled the afternoon before our trip, and even though at that time we would have settled for a non-ADA bus, they claimed THERE WERE NO OTHER BUSES available to take our disabled members from north Texas to San Antonio. We have begged for a refund, sent two lawyer letters, and reported them to BBB. THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!
