Customer service is not a service or customer centered The order was listed as "complete" but did not actually ship for days. I called and emailed to cancel and i would be buying the parts elsewhere as i could not wait. They said they would cancel the order but never did. It shipped, i told them i was refusing it in an email. They have not responded. I'm very disappointed.

I found this website looking for an OEM replacement and seeking information on what kind of rotor to get. As a result I've found the best parts available at a price that would put Brakes Plus out of business.
