GBI experienced 15 day delay in shipping… I experienced 15 day delay in shipping for these items. Was never notified that the items were stuck at the warehouse until I called to ask why. Had to contact the company on two separate occasions before the item was as finally shipped. Poor communication.

GBIt was refreshing to have a company that try their best to make auto parts puchase easier. Bimmers.com is on the right track. Overall, l had a pleasant experience from the listing, product knowledge, purchase, delivery, and product quality. I was very pleased. PS. I would recommend to offer better parts set grouping. Examples. Front/rear strut,shock,and coil spring kit which consists of front coil spring only. So if you need the rear you have to get additional coil spring set. Bushings are recommended replacement in pair are sold by each and without single use alliminum bolts. Just for consideration.

GBReally close to an exact fit was able to find the correct radiator for the x1 328i and recieved the unit on the day promised. the packaging was excellent. The fit was ALMOST perfect. all fittings and attachment bosses were correct .it took some material removal on some structual webbing features on the condenser side of the unit to allow securing it to the threaded frame fasteners. a bit of extra work,but the cost and condition of the unit made it worthwhile.

GBFitment was perfect! Fitment was perfect!! Instillation of both the front and rear o2 sensor took about 15 minutes. Parts are amazing quality too. 100/10 reccomend

GBCustomer service is not a service or customer centered The order was listed as "complete" but did not actually ship for days. I called and emailed to cancel and i would be buying the parts elsewhere as i could not wait. They said they would cancel the order but never did. It shipped, i told them i was refusing it in an email. They have not responded. I'm very disappointed.
