GBReman TIPM Problem Order #77207 reman TIPM FOR 2012 Ram 1500 would not communicate. Spoke with MAK's and was sent new TIPM. Problem solved. After speaking with MAK's, it was decided that my truck is one of the few that require new, not reman. Very happy with Henry and all others at MAK's that assisted me with this. Will purchase again. GBThey sent out a tipm that had issues… They sent out a tipm that had issues then sent us another one to an address we didn't live at anymore. Thankfully we were able to have a friend pick it up since we are two hours away. When I called, they were supposed to stop the delivery before it went out and did not. I called again when I saw it was out for delivery to the wrong address and was told they would be contacting the carrier to have them reroute to the correct address we had the broken tipm sent to. They aren't very helpful or trustworthy.

GBYou are foolish if you don't try these guys first This company is a great group of people. They had excellent service and very thorough on the phone and the information given to me. I will suggest to everyone to have your tipm coded to theVin. I didn't for the first 2 they sent and the third was coded and works like a dream. They contacted me several times to make sure everything worked properly and if I ever am in this situation again, I will ONLY go through MAK's. Thank you guys!
