GBGreat experience Great experience and great customer service. I spoke with a gentleman to assist with my order. He was very friendly and was very informative. Answered all my questions and concerns. I selected overnight shipping and it came literally the next morning. Got it installed and my jeep is back on the road with no problems. I am so happy with my experience. The dealership told me the part was on back order with no estimated time of arrival and I was able to get a quality part shipped and received within 24 hours.

GBGreat experience The entire process, from entering vehicle info to find the right part to returning my core, was extremely simple. The TIPM was packaged well with a really good manual for installation/troubleshooting tips. The included return label made it even easier. They even have very well made videos on YouTube for visual installation/troubleshooting tips. Also, the fact they let you turn your purchase into a "Rental" and will refund a large portion of your purchase price if it doesn't fix your problem is amazing. I am so impressed with every part of this process that I will be sure to send anyone their way if they are experiencing TIPM related issues. Easy 5 stars.
