H&R springs I was very pleased to receive my package in a timely manner as I live in Canada and it was here in about one week ,nice.The springs appear to be of a top notch product and I can't wait to get them installed When the time comes that I need other products I'll be looking here first and not wasting my time here in Ontario.Just as a note for fellow Canadians looking to buy here I was quoted $272:00 per spring at the stealership,I got four springs to my door for about $120:00 per spring with a one inch lift.and what look like a far superior spring.Thank you Pro Import tuners for the great service.

Great customer service! They called me to make sure my first purchase with them was legitimate. Protects them from fraud, buy also helped gain my trust. They shipped quickly and even answered an email question of mine outside of normal business hours.

Easy search on web site Easy search on web site, good in depth info on the products that they carry, on the strut bar, very easy install took more time to gather the tools than the install it, the strut bar seems (subjective) to impart a bit more stiffness to the frt end. very good price and fast shipping, totally satisfied

Item ordered and returned I ordered an item, and after it was ordered, I found an item locally at a cheaper price I requested to cancel my order because I had no need for it now and the gentleman agreed on but upon investigation, he realized it was shipped earlier than expected. He told me to contact them back once I receive it, and I can return. The day I received the items I requested a return they asked for pictures which I sent them pictures of the box sealed, and then me opening the box which included two smaller boxes I opened the top box, sent them pictures and never even opened the second box. They provided me with an RMA number, and I shipped back the return. I received an email telling me they were denying my return item was scratched and looked like it attempted to be installed. I had no use for the item. I tried canceling it before it shipped, because I already had what I needed installed on my vehicle. The pictures they provided me so no sign of anything that they are saying. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am fighting for a refund at this point it is just complete nonsense and when I tried to call the customer service number they do not give you an option to talk to a person unless you have an extension. So good luck trying to contact a person. I have sent three emails back requesting that is supervisor contact me.
