GBVery Professional and Helpful and Quick With The Service Bought a TPS sensor for a 2002 Acura TL and took about a day for them to process but then only 2 days to ship AND it arrived earlier than predicted that day. They also wrapped the initial sensor in a package and then put that package in ANOTHER bubble-wrapped package. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Very happy with shopping with you guys and will likely be ordering from you guys again! Quick, easy and professional!

GBItem ordered and returned I ordered an item, and after it was ordered, I found an item locally at a cheaper price I requested to cancel my order because I had no need for it now and the gentleman agreed on but upon investigation, he realized it was shipped earlier than expected. He told me to contact them back once I receive it, and I can return. The day I received the items I requested a return they asked for pictures which I sent them pictures of the box sealed, and then me opening the box which included two smaller boxes I opened the top box, sent them pictures and never even opened the second box. They provided me with an RMA number, and I shipped back the return. I received an email telling me they were denying my return item was scratched and looked like it attempted to be installed. I had no use for the item. I tried canceling it before it shipped, because I already had what I needed installed on my vehicle. The pictures they provided me so no sign of anything that they are saying. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am fighting for a refund at this point it is just complete nonsense and when I tried to call the customer service number they do not give you an option to talk to a person unless you have an extension. So good luck trying to contact a person. I have sent three emails back requesting that is supervisor contact me.

GBThese guys are reliable and fast… I purchased a brake kit from their website and it was delivered super fast. When it got here I noticed one of my rotors was on back order but I never saw anything stating this when I bought the kit. I emailed customer service and within 30 minutes I got a reply to verify I was missing a rotor and only 15 minutes after I sent the pictures showing I was missing a rotor I received an email saying that the rotor is already on its way to me. Yes, this shouldn’t have happened in the first place but what company can you think of that replies and fixes an issue same day, same hour even? These guys are amazing and I definitely recommend them to anyone.
