PROTECH VERY DEDICATED TO THE CUSTOMER Protech sent out an ECM that was bad. They immediately sent a replacement which also did not function properly. They immediately followed u with a third unit that works properly. Have to say that they bent over backwards to make everything right. I HIGHLY recommend PROTECH for your ECM replacement needs. They personnal were knowledgable, helpful and very customer friendly. If I ever need any additional ECM's they will be my GO TO source. THANK YOU PROTECH. They sell a product and they stand with… They sell a product and they stand with it. I wish they sold more things than they do. Would be one stop solves all. I bought a pcm from a company with bad results for myself, before finding Protech Auto Systems. It was a fast and easy process. And there computer worked right out of the box as promised. Can't say enough about how happy I am with the overall experience.

Shipping was quick and part was correct. I got my pcm quickly and it worked perfectly. My only complaint is they painted over the part number. I would definitely use them again if I need any other computers.
